Hospice Shops

The Otago Hospice shops contribute a whopping $750,000 to our fundraising target each year. We need all the community support we can muster to help stock and provide custom for these shops.

We pride ourselves on the quality the Hospice Shops deliver with each of our seven shops which are brimming with clothing and housewares, donated from our generous community.  It’s the combination of quality fashion and household bargains, while supporting a good cause, which makes shopping at Hospice Shops throughout Otago a terrific shopping experience!

The Hospice Shop in Alexandra is one of two shops we have trading in Central Otago, located at 53 Centennial Ave, Alexandra.  It’s on the right hand side as you head towards Clyde.  You will find our second Central Otago shop in Cromwell, located at 2B The Mall. Do pop in and discover a pre-owned treasure.

South Otago, boasts our Milton Hospice Shop at 77 Union Street. You will find a range of designer and quality clothing and fashion accessories at the front of the store and a treasure trove of bric-a-brac at the back.  

We have two shops in Dunedin, located in George Street and Bond Street.  The Hospice Shop at 328 George Street specialises in label and vintage clothing.  There is a dedicated display of costume and fine jewellery and a selection of bric-a-brac and novelty items.  Our shop at 53 Bond St is our dedicated homewares store; it has everything you need to fill your home, flat or crib on a budget, from linen and furniture to kitchen goods, including cutlery, crockery and glassware and knick-knacks.  

Take a trip to Mosgiel and visit the team at our shop at 172 Gordon Road.  Here on the Taieri you can pick up some fashion labels at bargain prices, including the occasional collectible antique and retro piece.  

Our new Oamaru Hospice Shop is in the Hospice Hub at 343 Thames Highway. Homewares, fashion and collectibles, the new shop is a must, and with heaps of parking is very easy shopping.
