New Induction Process for Kitchen Volunteers!

With all of the changes we have had in the kitchen over the last couple of years (the need for DCC accrediation and the decrease in Cooks' hours) we have transitioned into a process of formalising the training that we provide to new kitchen volunteers.  This involves them getting together for a day of training!  This allows for consistency in the training as well as team building.  Welcome to all the new kitchen volunteers!
