What was your previous job?

I’ve worked across the arts and retail, most recently at a Sydney bike shop.

What prepared you for this role?

A passion for op shopping and work as a sales manager at different businesses in Australia and Canada.

You’ve been here a few weeks now, how have you found it? Any surprises?

I love the atmosphere in the Wanaka store. I’ve been surprised by the amount of donations coming in every day.

What appeals to you most about the role?

I appreciate the creativity we can bring to the supervisor role to get sales moving and people excited about coming into store.

What appeals to you most about working with hospice?

I love working for a worthy cause that resonates across generations and different demographics.

What other interests do you have?

I love spending time doing craft or being outside, skiing and biking.
