Morning Volunteers - Changes

We are changing how we do the rostering for morning volunteers, as sometimes we have morning volunteers on when they are not needed (and therefore are cancelled) and other times we have days where there is not a volunteer rostered on and they are required.

So we are trialling a new process where each Friday Cook and myself look to the following week and adjust the roster so people are on days they are required.  Hopefully this means that people are not cancelled short notice and cook has volunteers on when she really needs them!
