Hospice Awareness Week is our most significant opportunity to increase public awareness about hospice care as well as raising essential funds. OCH needs to raise $1.5 million every year so that we can continue to provide our services to the community free of charge.

Collect for our annual street appeal
We are looking for volunteers who are able to spare an hour or so collecting money for our appeal on Friday 18th May.

Organise your own fundraising event
Hold a quiz night, a movie night, a sports challenge, auction or a dinner party and have fun while raising funds for hospice! See here for more information on organising your own fundraiser.

Promote Hospice Awareness Week
Corporates can show support through advertising awareness week in their own promotional material - website, intranet, newlsetter, magazine etc. Email kelda.hunter@otagohospice.co.nz for web banners and artwork to use.
